I'm originally from a small town in south Texas. My early work consisted mostly of lifelike black and white portraits. It was not until my early twenties when I slowly started moving towards more colorful abstract work. Recently I've been combining the two, and I've been more curious about using portraiture and the human body in a splash of abstract. It keeps evolving. I don't mind.
